Leading Change Conference
Tuesday, May 1st, 2012
Hyatt Regency Hotel
Tulsa, OK
The OSU Leading Change Conference is a fast moving introduction to being a force for successfully transforming organizations. The interactive session will equip participants with tools to help others sense the need for change and how to translate that change into a change vision.
You will explore the process of forming change team leaders and how to leverage the energy of that team to spread the change excitement to all reaches of the organization.
The second half of the conference is a panel of three Tulsa area business leaders. They will discuss their experiences in assisting employees to recognize the need for change and building excitement and motivation for change. A Q&A session will follow after all three experts have shared their leading change experiences.
