Summary:
Project management involves managing people and resources needed to accomplish the goals of projects within the organization. A project is a unique, temporary undertaking by the organization. This seminar uses the Project Management Book of Knowledge as a base to examine what project management is, how it is used, what the processes are and how to develop a successful project team.
