Summary:
The term “leadership” is frequently used in business, yet few can accurately define leadership and its role in employee motivation and performance. Research suggests that employers and leaders should try to match what drives organizational leaders with what drives employees. This program will advise managers how to connect motivation to lead with their employee’s motivation to follow to obtain the most effective performance.
