Summary:
For the first time in our history we have four different generations working together. The different life experiences of Traditionals, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millenials often create challenges when these groups have to communicate and work together. In this seminar we will examine some of these “cultural” differences and what we can do to bridge the generational divide.
