Course Description:
Business is often viewed as a zero-sum game: in order for someone to win, someone else must lose. In today's highly competitive environment, such thinking often leads to escalating competition and lose-lose results. This session introduces participants to a new strategic mindset that encourages thinking about business as both cooperation and competition.
